Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that our customers understand our policies and procedures.
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective resolution.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that our customers receive the right support and assistance.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that our customers receive a satisfactory resolution.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system, and using data to inform our customer service strategies.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive a fair and effective resolution.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that our customers receive a clear and transparent communication.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that our customers receive a fair and effective resolution
