Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

Train new and existing employees on client projects:

Emphasize the importance of customer confidentiality and security, and provide guidance on best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Develop non-classroom communication and training materials:

Create engaging and interactive training content that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences.

Assess individual participant and class performance:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.

Participate in minor client interaction:

Engage with clients through Weekly Business Review meetings, provide curriculum feedback, and conduct client visits to ensure alignment with arenaflex's customer experience standards.

Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct:

Uphold arenaflex's values and code of conduct in all interactions with new employees, clients, and colleagues.

Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to:

Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's policies and procedures, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas.

Perform other related duties and assignments:

Take on additional responsibilities as required by your supervisor or manager to support the growth and success of arenaflex.

Position Requirements:

Be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required:

Possess a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in training and development.

High school diploma or GED required:

Meet the minimum educational requirements for this role.

Must pass background and drug tests:

Meet arenaflex's requirements for background checks and drug testing.

Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint:

Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's preferred software tools and applications.
