Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and troubleshooting technical issues. You'll work closely with our Tier 2 team to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a flexible, part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts
- Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedule, requested lead, and delivery times
- Work with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company
- Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Perform other duties as directed by management
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma
- Reliable internet connection (must be able to maintain a stable and fast internet connection)
- Experience in a call center environment (a plus)
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task (i.e., talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with order processing systems and contact management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
