Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support services to our Federal Agency clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers, ensuring rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner
- Providing overall clerical support functions for the processing activities, including data entry and case processing tasks assigned by higher-level staff
- Utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound participant phone calls and provide appropriate customer service support in accordance with defined guidelines
- Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
- Provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time
- Enter data into the system of record with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Education: A GED or high school diploma is required
- General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting
- Demonstrated keyboard board skills and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications, including data entry and case processing tasks
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish)
