Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and trade compliance for our clients. If you're a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for data entry and customs trade, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
  • Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may work with participating government organizations (PGAs)
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
  • Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
  • Process organizational financier shipments
  • May handle distant filings
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade)

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Required skills:

+ MS Office + Viewpoint + Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)

  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use various systems and reference materials
  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach
