Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and trade compliance for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may work with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
- Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
- Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
- Process organizational financier shipments
- May handle distant filings
- Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade)
- No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Required skills:
+ MS Office + Viewpoint + Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use various systems and reference materials
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach
