As a part-time Customer Care Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, working remotely to ensure seamless package delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth package delivery
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Working closely with our team to provide exceptional service and support to customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle

Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to concerns and express empathy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
