Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for researching contact information for potential clients, scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates, and performing general clerical duties. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching contact information for potential clients to enter into our marketing funnel
  • Setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
  • Making introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for our Sales Associates
  • Performing general clerical duties, including but not limited to:

+ Filing + Photocopying + Faxing + Mailing

  • Assisting with special projects as assigned
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Physical Demands & Work Environment

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll be required to:

  • Occasionally stand
  • Continually sit and utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually talk or hear
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
  • Occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds

Work Schedule

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant to work up to 28 hours per week, with a preferred schedule of:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30am-3:00pm
  • Thursday and Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm

Job Site

Our office is located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011. We're easily accessible by car or public transportation, and offer a range of amenities to make your workday comfortable and enjoyable.
