As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry tasks, and supporting our data entry function. As an Experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:- Performing data entry tasks, including preparing information for data entry, performing entry-level support for the data entry function, and entering data into our computer system.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting our data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work, completing clerical functions, and maintaining data entry requirements.
- Operating data entry devices, performing keypunching data entry and verification tasks, and reviewing and confirming data before entry.
- Performing daily audits and data entry adjustments, ensuring timely data entry and file management.
- Training new data entry employees on our computer system and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with data program strategies and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
