Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, running the register, and making purchase suggestions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, working with our food program, and providing excellent customer care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome
• Running the register and handling cash transactions
• Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized recommendations
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and offering suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
