Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and data
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To be successful as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
Requirements
To join our team, you will need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Meet the basic qualifications outlined above
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Show a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
