Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls and emails from plan members, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about healthcare plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
- Empowering plan members to make informed decisions about their healthcare by offering personalized guidance and support
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
