About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product information to our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handle time.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
