Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding Customer Inquiries: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly Resolving Issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upselling: Upsell if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:
- Ability to Work Remotely: Be able to work in a virtual team environment.
- Customer Service Experience: Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age: Be at least 18 years of age.
- Typing Speed: Be able to type 25 words per minute.
- Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
- Communication Skills: Possess proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills.
- Organization and Prioritization: Possess organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work experience, you will need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed.
