About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our airport locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental or return process, providing top-notch service, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting customers at exit gates or check-in points

• Enter information into handheld devices and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
• Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For:

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
