Job Responsibilities
As an experienced Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis, planning, and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs and expectations
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements with stakeholders
- Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and validated
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that projects are prioritized and executed efficiently
