The Role

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer interactions, from reservation modifications and cancellations to resolving customer complaints and issues. Requirements
