Job Summary
As a Product Manager, Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap and ensure our customers' satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service initiatives, analyze customer service data to identify trends and develop solutions to customer service issues, and maintain a working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems.
Responsibilities

- Assist with training customer service staff to ensure standards are met.
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
- Working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems.
