Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients through live online chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote our products and services in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the arenaflex brand values and mission.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
