Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our arenaflex team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Refining child assistance settlements in the SDU device according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Performing various other roles as delegated by management
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and analysis
• Staying up-to-date with changing policies and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

* Refine child assistance settlements in the SDU device according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and analysis
• Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work independently with minimal direction, as well as collaboratively with colleagues as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Meet stringent schedules and deadlines, with the ability to work overtime as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Senior High School Degree or equivalent

• Personal workspace with room to set up devices and high-speed internet connection
• Strong understanding of plans and procedures
