Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Communicating effective solutions to customers in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using software tools and applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a strong focus on staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience using software tools and applications, such as CRM systems and customer relationship management software
