Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer communication, and record-keeping. Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Be able to type accurately with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Have basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted, and work independently
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Have basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Be able to work a full-time schedule, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including CRM systems and other productivity tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
