Job Summary

- Outbound Calls: Perform outbound calls to customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Order Processing: Key orders via numeric, process special delivery orders, and process all fax orders.
- Quality Control: Complete driver notes, process late orders, credit, and complaint forms, and research and compile information.
- Training: Attend assigned training sessions, ensuring you're up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties and assignments as requested by management.
Essential Qualifications
