Job Summary

As an experienced full stack office clerk/data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, office clerical duties, and report compilation. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be expected to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Entry of daily work orders into systems

  • Assembling reports
  • Reconciling reports
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Office Clerical Duties: Perform a range of office tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties.
  • Report Compilation: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

* Organizing and prioritizing skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy: High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on data entry and report compilation.
  • 1 year of data entry experience: Experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • 1 year of office clerk experience: Experience in office administration, including filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties.
  • Good communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments.
  • Experience in recycling: Experience in recycling is helpful but not necessary.

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems: Ability to organize and manage office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management.

  • Ability to use a computer: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse or other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or seat: Ability to bend, stoop, or seat for long periods of time.

Compensation and Benefits
