Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to resolve customer issues, build relationships, and promote our products and services. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Build relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Consistently meet and exceed established standards of performance, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Project a positive and professional image at all times, both in written and verbal communication
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, such as special projects or events

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and regular communication with team members
