Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about medication coverage, and providing personalized support to our plan members. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about medication coverage, pharmacy inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
