Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to support our delivery professionals in getting from sign-up to activation as quickly as possible. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with drivers via text, chat, and email. Responsibilities
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Review Applications and Documents: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
- Conduct Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
- Communicate with Drivers: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
- Order Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
- Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize multiple tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Associate's Degree or Above: An associate's degree or above in a related field (e.g., business, human resources, or customer service).
- 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, but not required).
- Strong Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications.
- Reliable Internet Access: Access to a reliable internet connection and working computer.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on your skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:

Location
