Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to Client Requests and Questions: Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and expertise.
  • Managing Flight Changes and Seat Assignments: Efficiently manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
  • Concierge-Related Details: Coordinate with clients to arrange special requests, such as spa treatments, tours, and dinner reservations.
  • Corresponding with Clients: Communicate with clients regarding their preferences, surprise arrangements, and welcome notes, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: Create and distribute essential documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their journey.
  • Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Set schedules and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional results.
  • Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: Efficiently manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support: Provide emergency support and serve as the main point of contact in case of unexpected situations, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
