Job Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
• Registering transactions on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
• Processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required
• Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing prescriptions
• Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work processes
• Reporting remedy mistakes to pharmacists and adhering to organization policies and procedures
• Handling calls that do not require individual attention from pharmacists, including those to doctors
• Processing manual cases for external program remedy services in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
• Maintaining knowledge of organization resource security methods and recording claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, request errors, or damaged products
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
• Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs
• Assisting with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods
• Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine
• Taking on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and conveys requests to clients as they arrive at the store)
• Assisting with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
• Knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Strong numerical skills for accurate prescription filling, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Familiarity with store stock control
• PTCB certification
