Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities to ensure data integrity
  • Generating reports and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and security
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
  • Experience using office software and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
