Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Representing arenaflex to clients and customers by providing high-quality and efficient customer service
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Communicating with customers to acknowledge and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with all arenaflex and client policies and procedures
