Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist – Conversational AI Development, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts, defining product requirements that enhance customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Product Development Efforts: Collaborate with product teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize product features that enhance customer experience.
  • Conversational AI Development: Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities.
  • Product Testing and Feedback: Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Execution and Measurement: Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of products and develop clear, data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
  • Client Storytelling: Develop and refine product collections, crafting client stories that meet the needs of end-users while focusing on business value.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Support the definition and development of product strategy, guide, and release plans, ensuring alignment with customer experience goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
