Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting performance standards, including handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Utilize multiple systems to access customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records, including customer interactions, issue resolutions, and product information
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer service and overall performance
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, keyboard navigation, and function keys
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10.0 MBPS download speed and 5.0 MBPS upload speed
- Wired internet connection with a cable connection (dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, and satellite not allowed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
