Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage and track local requests through InvoiceWorks and disperse as required
- Investigate and resolve office technology issues, including phone and copier machines
- Track and ensure employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, workspace setup, and training
- Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution
- Handle finance processing in Workbrain for management and care staff
- Process deprivation letters and arrange local communications and responses
- Manage employee terminations, including allowing and tasks, as required
- Assist with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data review, compromises, and recording
- Maintain employee records, as needed
- Maintain station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response
- Access and manage various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee engagement, and recognition
- Update required manuals and maintain all security-related items
- Serve as backup for other finance capabilities
- Manage records for OSHA, security, and other regulatory requirements
- Assist with budget planning and compromise, including monthly reconciliation of landing charges
- Uphold inspecting exercises as required
- Track and confirm incentive reserves acquired
- Liaise with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed
- Lead/coordinate work with other care staff, as needed
- Perform other duties as required
What You'll Need for Success:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous office/administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with processes, procedures, and corporate design
- Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and comply with time constraints
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to be self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to understand the functionality and usefulness of specific software and systems
