Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies. These studies are designed to gather valuable feedback from consumers, helping us to better understand their needs and preferences. By sharing your opinions and experiences, you will play a critical role in shaping the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of consumers.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments * Share your opinions and experiences on new products and services * Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel * Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates * Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time * Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam * Must have access to a high-speed internet connection * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics * Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
