The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a home-based basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier customer service to our clients through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone support. You'll be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients' problems.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
- Helping clients set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
- Assisting clients with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
- Providing solutions to clients' problems and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the CS Manager and Supervisors to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
* Excellent customer-focused experience, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
