Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
  • Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract relevant information.
  • Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent across all systems.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the smooth operation of our team.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
  • Identifying and addressing data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our records and maintaining the trust of our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, with the ability to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and helpdesk platforms.

Schedule and Location

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be required to work:
