The Role

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms with precision and accuracy.

  • Data Quality Control: Review data for errors and incompatibilities, and correct any discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting and Backup: Generate reports and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and compliance with arenaflex's data management policies.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data verification, data cleansing, and data analysis.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Fast Typing Skills: Fast typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Administrative Duties: Familiarity with administrative duties, including data entry, data management, and office equipment operation.
  • Office Equipment: Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, and printers.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.

Essential Qualifications

Data Entry Software: Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant tools.

  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and data management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Certifications in data entry, data management, or related fields, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and other languages relevant to arenaflex's client base.
