Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Handling technical support queries, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and sales performance
  • Participating in virtual training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and reliable internet connection (cable or DSL)
  • Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (reimbursed after 90 days)
  • Willingness to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or remote work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
