Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Gaming experience is helpful, but not necessary.

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills.
• Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
