Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Amazon Customer Support Representatives via chat. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers reaching out via chat. Your primary role will be to assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance as needed. You will need to navigate a variety of situations and work with a collaborative team to ensure each customer leaves with a positive experience.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with Amazon customers via chat to provide personalized assistance
