The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate and succeed with our software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, using your logical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement, contributing to the development of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
