Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Webchat Dealer Support team. As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you'll provide exceptional support to customers, helping them navigate the vehicle purchase process and making recommendations that enhance their buying experience. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your communication skills and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide proactive support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer
  • Promote sales and lead captures for the client by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions
  • Be a goodwill ambassador for arenaflex, ensuring courteous treatment of all customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business)
