As an Experienced Customer Care Professional – Data Entry (Remote) $25/Hour, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to entrepreneurs and executives, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
- Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices
- Continuously develop and improve product and service knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and responsibilities in an electronic climate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
