Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experience
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and secure data management
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
To join our team as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience, although not required, is preferred
