Job Summary
As a Data Analyst on our End-to-End Transportation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data models, including SQL and data visualization tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and implementation
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to measure the impact of new initiatives on customer behavior
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
- Develop driver analysis for key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates
- Identify and analyze differences in store and market performance

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from various sources to support key business decisions
- Leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
- Automating tasks and developing processes that screen, analyze, and advise stakeholders on key performance indicators

* You have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
