Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and development of our employees
  • Delivering training sessions to new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
  • Developing engaging non-classroom communication and training materials to cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize training effectiveness
  • Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits
  • Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, upholding arenaflex's values and reputation
  • Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager

Position Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

  • Work remotely, leveraging technology to stay connected with the team and manage tasks effectively
  • Be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others, ensuring seamless execution and results
  • Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, following through to obtain desired results and drive continuous improvement
  • Exhibit a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, effectively communicating ideas and concepts
  • Show patience with various types of learners, tailoring training approaches to meet individual needs and preferences
  • Skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion, applying logical problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles
  • Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills to achieve results
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex ideas and information in a clear and concise manner
  • Be available to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement
  • Pass background and drug tests, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
  • Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness
