Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and development of our employees
- Delivering training sessions to new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security
- Developing engaging non-classroom communication and training materials to cater to diverse learning styles
- Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize training effectiveness
- Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits
- Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, upholding arenaflex's values and reputation
- Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols
- Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager
Position Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
- Work remotely, leveraging technology to stay connected with the team and manage tasks effectively
- Be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth
- Work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others, ensuring seamless execution and results
- Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- Be available to work various shifts influenced by current business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement
- Pass background and drug tests, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
- Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness
