Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients, as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
