Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Precisely entering data into the QuickClaim system while working with a continuous flow of images.
- Classifying document types based on the documentation provided.
- Reviewing and confirming that the data entered meets or surpasses established quality benchmarks.
- Upholding the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborating professionally with team members as necessary.
- Proposing enhancements to improve job processes.
- Completing all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
- Undertaking additional basic office duties as required.
Required Skills

- Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
- Proficient in reading and speaking English.
- Typing proficiency: Minimum of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
Qualifications
* A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
* Pay: $12 per hour
- Availability: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time candidates. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
- Shifts: Available shifts range from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
