Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$18 per hour, plus a $50 monthly stipend. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues in our tracking system
- Collaborating with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
- A reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
