Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a CSS, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise
- Providing support through phone calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information
- Processing payments securely and efficiently
- Proactively supporting customers and maintaining a positive brand reputation
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and service quality
- Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous feedback and improvement
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background being advantageous but not mandatory
- B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with food ordering apps or similar platforms
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
